ResuDoc is an AI-powered resume building and optimization platform. We provide tools to help users format, score, and refine their resumes and cover letters using artificial intelligence.

3. AI Content and Liability Disclaimer

Our service utilizes third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate suggestions, refine bullet points, and calculate ATS compatibility scores. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All AI-generated content is provided "as is" and for informational purposes only.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the AI-generated suggestions.
• We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcomes from using our service.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before submitting it to any employer or third party.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Input: You retain all ownership rights to the original data, resumes, and content you upload to the platform.

AI Output: We grant you full ownership and commercial rights to the AI-generated text, refined bullet points, and cover letters produced through your use of the service, allowing you to freely use them for your job search and career advancement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempt prompt injection attacks against our AI systems.
• Generate resumes or cover letters containing illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the service require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, LemonSqueezy. We do not store your full credit card details.

Refund Policy: Due to the costs associated with AI processing, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you are unsatisfied, please contact support, and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResuDoc and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
